Please come to our Waikiki office (307 Lewers St. Watumull Bldg, 4F ). We will give you a ticket valid for 7 days. Office hours are 7:30 AM-6:30 PM daily.

The Waikiki Office (307 Lewers St, Watumull Bldg. 4F) is located right next to the Louis Vuitton on Kalakaua Avenue. The Watumull Building is immediately to the right as you enter Lewers Street.

One ticket can only be used by two people, including children.

The ticket is valid for 7 days. You can use it as many times as you like within the validity period.

No problem, If your ticket is damaged or lost, please come to our Waikiki office (307 Lewers St, Watumull Bldg. 4F) . We will issue you a new ticket.

There are a total of 6 trolley pick-up locations. (Diamond Head, Monsarrat, Waikiki, Ala Moana, Kaka’ako, Whole Foods) Click here for details on each pick-up location.

The Turtle Trolley runs daily. The schedule may change due to events, traffic regulations, or other circumstances, but we will notify you on the website in that case.

Even small children (infants) can ride the trolley. Small children should be seated with their parents. Please note that as space inside the vehicle is limited, there may not be space to put a stroller when the trolley is crowded.

You can only get off the trolley at the designated trolley stops. Please check here for the turtle trolley stops.

We are sorry, but the turtle trolley is not wheelchair accessible.

The trolley operates with the windows open, so there is no air conditioning inside the vehicle. Please enjoy the pleasant Hawaiian breeze.
