Hop on the beautifully decorated Hawaii Christmas Trolley – Honolulu City Lights, filled with holiday spirit! Join us for a festive trolley ride from Waikiki to Honolulu City Hall, also known as “Honolulu Hale”. There, you’ll experience one of the most popular Christmas illumination exhibits on Oahu. Enjoy a free Christmas photo and complimentary Holiday treats at our photo booth before hopping on the Christmas Trolley.
This event features grand Christmas displays, a 50-foot Christmas tree, Shaka Santa, and Tutu Mele, offering fun for both adults and children. Don’t miss out on the magic of Oahu’s Christmas lights and the unique Hawaiian Christmas experience!

* If guests miss the return trolley to Waikiki, they will be responsible for arranging their transportation back.
* Please make sure to be at the designated location on time as the driver will inform you where and when to meet for the return trip.
* While we do our best to keep things on schedule, delays may happen due to traffic or other unexpected events. We appreciate your understanding and patience.
*Unfortunately, we do not offer free parking. Guests will need to arrange their own parking in Waikiki.
*The minimum number of participants required is 10.

Where is the check-in location?
Please meet us on the 4th floor of the Watumull Building in Waikiki ( 307 Lewers Street )
Before heading to the Christmas exhibits at City Hall, you can take a free photo at the Christmas photo station here. Capture beautiful Christmas memories!
Is parking available for guests joining the Christmas Trolley?
Unfortunately, we do not offer free parking. Guests driving to Waikiki to join our Christmas Trolley will need to arrange their own parking.
During the holiday season, parking in Waikiki can be a bit tricky due to increased demand. While we are unable to provide parking validation, there are many convenient paid parking options nearby. We recommend planning ahead to make your visit as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
How long is the duration?
The entire experience lasts approximately 2 hours, from pick-up to drop-off. You’ll spend about 30 minutes at the Photo Booth during check-in, followed by a 20-minute trolley ride from Waikiki to Honolulu Hale. At Honolulu Hale, you’ll have about 1 hour to freely explore the Christmas exhibits before the trolley takes you back to Waikiki.
Can small children participate?
Children of all ages, including infants, are welcome to participate. When riding the trolley, please ensure that small children remain seated with their guardians at all times. Additionally, due to limited space on the trolley, there may be no room for strollers, depending on the level of crowding. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Will the tour operate in the event of rain?
The tour will operate in light rain unless there is severe weather. Hawaii’s weather can be unpredictable and varies depending on the location of the island. Even if it rains, it is usually just a brief shower lasting around 20 minutes. In the event of severe weather, the tour may be canceled, but in such cases, you will be offered a free reschedule or a full refund.
Can I reserve a seat on the trolley?
Seats on the trolley are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Since it’s open-air, the view from any seat is quite similar, but we recommend boarding a little before the tour departure time to secure your spot.
Is there a restroom available?
The restroom is available at the Christmas Photo Booth in Waikiki and at Honolulu Hale during the Christmas event
Can I ride in a wheelchair?
We are sorry, but our trolley is not wheelchair accessible.
Will there be food available during the tour?
Yes! Holiday treats will be provided for guests upon check in at Treasures and You to start your Honolulu City Lights tour. Additionally, if you’d like to purchase more food, a variety of food vendors will be available at Honolulu Hale from 6pm to 9pm offering local bites and holiday favorites.
